This Returns & Consumables Policy applies to products purchased directly from WOYU GROUP HEBEI HOSE CO., LTD.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Non-conforming products: If a product does not meet the agreed specifications or has manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Wrong items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Consumable Products:
Consumable items (such as gaskets, seals, or disposable components) are non-returnable once opened or used, unless they are defective.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us at woyuhose@163.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide instructions.
Refunds & Replacements:
Approved returns will result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
If the return is due to our error (defective product or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Please note that custom or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless defective.
